At WATTF, all activities are rooted in the Word of God, guided by the principle from James 1:27 about caring for orphans and widows.

Monthly outreaches focus on serving 209 destitute individuals including children, orphans, families, widows, and senior citizens. The organization has “adopted” 43 families, including five pastors.

These outreaches, held alongside monthly sessions in Alexandra township, provide spiritual teachings followed by distribution of grocery hampers to support the families at home.
